SK!N PRE-ORDER POLICY

All items marked as pre-order are not currently in stock and are made available for purchase in advance.

The date listed next to each pre-order item reflects the estimated date the item will be shipped or ready for in-store pick up. This date is clearly provided on the product page prior to completing your purchase.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• You have reviewed and accepted the listed pre-order date

• Your order will not ship or be available for pick up before the stated date

• You understand that production and shipping timelines may vary slightly

Once your pre-order is ready:

• You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped or is ready for pick up

• Please ensure your contact information is entered correctly at checkout

Important:

• Pre-order items cannot be canceled for a refund once placed

• All approved cancellations will be issued as store credit only

• Filing a chargeback for a valid pre-order will be disputed with proof of agreement to these terms

SK!N reserves the right to enforce this policy to protect against misuse, fraud, or disputes.
