Processing & Shipping Times
At SK!N, we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping timelines below:
• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
• Shipping Time: Once processed, orders are shipped and typically delivered within 3-5 business days (depending on your location and selected shipping method).
Shipping Rates & Methods
• Standard shipping (3-5 business days) – $11
• Expedited shipping (1-3 business days) – $32
•Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. If you experience a delay, please check your tracking information or contact the shipping carrier directly.
Lost or Stolen Packages
SK!N is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. If you believe your package is lost, please file a claim with the shipping carrier or contact us.
SK!N Return Policy
We want you to love your SK!N purchase! If you’re not satisfied, we’re happy to accept returns under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns
• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
• Items with stains, odors, or signs of wear will not be accepted.
• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos for a replacement or refund.
How to Initiate a Return
1. Email with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will provide a return authorization and instructions for shipping your item back.
3. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
• We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or style, please return the item and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
• Final sale or clearance items.
• Intimates, bodysuits, and swimwear (for hygiene reasons).
• Gift cards and promotional items.
Refunds & Processing
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless otherwise specified.
